Early life is the foundation on which the much of our lives are built. It also happens to be our most vulnerable period. Our mission is to prevent cruelty to, and help the healing of children and animals during their most vulnerable time, and offer opportunities for a chance at a more joyful life to the next generation.

The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children
Founded in 1875, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) is the first child protection agency in the world. The NYSPCC’s founders wrote the basic tenets of child protection laws in the United States. Its vision is for all children to be safe from abuse and neglect. We have been supporting the NYSPCC annually trough meaningful donations and a holiday toy drive.
Duke University's Fuqua School of Business
Designed for new college graduates, the MMS (Master in Management Studies) program combines a typical business school foundation in multiple business disciplines with practical skills to create a springboard for career now - and in the future. We have established an endowed scholarship trough our $350,000 gift to attract the best and brightest to the school and assist them financially.
Cosmin Panait & Lilian Yang Foundation Sets Goals for 2022
We are a private family foundation that makes grants to nonprofit organizations that exhibit strong leadership and sound management. The projects we fund aim to have both a direct impact on the end recipients' lives, and make structural societal changes to alleviate the issues for the next generation. We plan sponsor various programs, in three focus areas:
Child Welfare, Preventing Child Abuse and Neglect
Preventing Animal Cruelty
Promoting and Funding Education
